How to Initiate A Fast
Remote Support Session
Click the "Start Your Remote Support Session" button to begin,
then follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Enter Your Support Code
Your support technician will have guided you to this page for remote support. Start by entering the numeric code provided in the “Enter code here” field to the right.
Step 2: Start the Remote Session
Once the code is entered, click continue to launch the remote session.
Step 3: Download the Support File
A small file will download to your PC, this is expected and required to initiate the session.
Step 4: Run the File to Connect
Once download is complete, click to execute the downloaded file. This will allow our technician to connect to your workstation.
